Terms
What's included
Thirty minutes with you before the meeting. One meeting of your team, up to ninety minutes, with me in the room or on a laptop in it. A written report to you within two working days. An hour of coaching with you to go through it.
What isn't
Travel outside Sydney metro, charged at cost on top of the price. Meetings longer than ninety minutes, and anything after the debrief, by quote. No survey or assessment instrument is used.
Before the meeting
You send the team a short note I give you, so they know why I'm there and what I'm not there for. If the note hasn't gone, I don't sit in.
Who sees what
The report goes to you and nobody else. Nothing in it is attributed to a person. Nobody on the team is assessed. What I hear in the room stays in the room; the report is about how the team works, not who said what. I keep a copy on file for twelve months, unless you ask me to delete it sooner or keep it longer.
Booking and changes
Once you've paid I'm in touch within a working day to set the first thirty minutes and pick the meeting. If the meeting moves, we move with it. If you cancel, I refund the fee less the work already done.
Price
$1,950 + GST, paid on purchase. A tax invoice is issued with your receipt.
